It’s the first week of March!! And that means the start of my Vegan March – a month full of only vegan recipes! As you know, I generally post a lot of vegan recipes but this month I wanted to bring more focus on vegan only recipes. Next month, there will be the occasional recipe including dairy and meat again but for now, I’m really excited to show you all the vegan goodies I came up with! And they’re not only vegan, they will also be gluten free and refined sugar free. A collection of healthy meals! But I promise you, they will be all delicious and versatile. Some will be breakfast, others lunch or dinner and of course the occasional dessert, snack or side dish. I tried and tested them all often and LOVE them all!
This week I shared three new recipes on my blog! My Vegan & Gluten free Apple & Oat Cookies are a wonderful healthy treat for yourself or your kids! And my Vegan Zucchini & Leek Soup with Crispy Fennel is such an easy delicious way to add lots of vegetables into your diet! I also created this amazing cinnamony refined sugar free Banana Jam which is such a great way to use up any ripe bananas!
