Delicious Discoveries Vol. 32

What a week it’s been. We are all so lucky and blessed to live in a war-free country and I feel immensely for the people in Ukraine. It’s definitely been on my mind the whole week and my 5 year old was asking me why I look so sad a lot of times. Let’s all hope and pray things get better soon.

This week I shared three new recipes for my Vegan March on my blog! First off, my Airfried Cheesy Kale Chips are such a delicious alternative to regular potato chips! My Vegan No-Bake Blueberry Cheesecake is the best cake ever – or so my friends and family say! And my Vegan Creamy Bavarian Soup is an absolute comfort dish and perfect for a cold day!

Croque Madame with Spinach and smoked salmon … perfect lunch!

Whole Wheat Crêpes with Lemon Curd … my husband would devour these!

Roast Potato Salad with Broad Bean, Peas and Pistacchio Cream … all the shades of green!

Ombrè Citrus Mascarpone Tart … that looks stunning!

Blackened Miso Salmon with Creamy Coconut Cucumber Salad … I would love this for lunch!

Lemon Curd & Raspberry Brioche … those would be great for breakfast!
