The last week of March and my Vegan March has come to an end. Happy first of April! We had the weirdest weather this week. At the beginning of the week, the temperatures got as high as 20 degrees Celcius and I was sitting outside in a Tshirt eating ice cream! The week ended with light snow fall… like what? Make up your mind already weather! It’s our last week here at home for a while and we’re very excited to go on vacation next week!!
This week I shared my last three new recipes for my Vegan March on my blog! My Whole30 Cauliflower Steaks with Tahini Sauce are absolutely fabulous and so popular with my family! My Vegan Loaded Veggie Fries are the best vegan comfort food I can think of! And my Vegan “Snickers” Oatmeal honestly tastes just like a healthy chocolate pudding – for breakfast!
