This week brought us real summer weather! We had up to 28°C and it was just so lovely. I love being able to dry washing in a day, sit on the balcony and spend time outside. My cooking has already switched to lighter meals and more smoothie bowls for breakfast too. What do you like to eat when it’s a hot day?
