This week I bought a cool book for my son and me. It’s called 1000 things to eat and it’s made so beautifully. Turns out that of those 1000 things, I have only not tried 145. Yes, I counted. Time to try those 145 things! A lot of them are special foods for celebrations like Diwali, Chinese New Year and Ramadan so my plan is to look up those dishes and make them. Any special recommendations?
This week I shared three new recipes on my blog! My Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Waffles with Homemade Dark Chocolate Sauce are to die for! They’re the perfect breakfast or if you want to top them with ice cream, they’re also a great dessert. If you feel in need of a warm comforting soup, go ahead and make my Whole30 Thai Spiced Chicken Soup. And my Vegan Caramelized Apple & Cinnamon Oatmeal is the perfect fall breakfast.
