This Acai Berry Power Smoothie Bowl is packed full of goodness for breakfast. It will give you lots of power for the day and leave you super satisfied! It's vegan and refined sugar free and so good for you!
Take bananas out of the freezer (if using whole bananas) and wait for 5 minutes so that they're easier to handle. Then peel and cut into slices. (see notes)
Cut the dates into small pieces.
Add dates to the blender together with banana slices, frozen blueberries, frozen mixed berries, ice cubes, almond milk, açaí powder and peanut butter.
Blend until all is smooth. Depending on the strength of your blender or mixer, you will need to push the smoothie bowl mixture down in between.
Pour into a bowl and top with fresh berries, crunchy chocolate granola, hemp seeds and cacao nibs. Enjoy!
