Merry Christmas, everyone!! I cannot believe how fast Christmas has come this year and I am so excited to spend it with my family! The tree is decorated, the presents are wrapped and I have a leg of lamb roasting in the oven. Yay!! We’ll be having a baked brie starter and jelly and ice cream for dessert. I guess I know what my little one will be eating most of anything…jelly!! What are you all eating for Christmas?
This week I shared three new recipes on my blog. If you’re looking for the perfect refined-sugar free granola to eat during the holidays, head over to my Spiced Apple & Cranberry Granola! And if you still need a dessert for the next few days of family gatherings, why not make my Vegan Chestnut Mousse? Or you could make my Roasted Butternut & Ricotta Lasagna for the masses during the holidays!
