Last week we were very busy with our balcony! My son loves planting and takes excellent care of his plants (proud mummy!). But he always sees plants he loves and wants to add to the balcony so it’s getting a little full on there… sometimes I really wish we had a garden but living very centrally comes with only having a balcony. But we’ve got great plants out there! Strawberries, cucumbers, chillis, zucchini, pumpkins, peas.. mind you, most are still in the “before fruit” stage but we are hopeful!
Last week I posted three new recipes on my blog! My Vegan Rhubarb Oatmeal is delicious and super easy to make – try it if you’re a rhubarb fan like me!
