Summer is in full force here! Last week we had up to 38°C and it was so hot!! My almost 6 year old and me spent the week in Berlin – it was a mummy and son adventure. And belive me, we had so much fun!! And so much ice cream too. My favorite by far was this Ube, Pandan and Lemon Poppy Seed cake ice cream – it was my lunch and absolutely delicious!! Have you had ube or pandan before?
