We’ve somehow had a quiet week (for the most part) and only did the usual. A trip to the zoo (always a favorite for my 5 year old), some playdates, lots of blog cooking / testing. Sometimes that’s exactly what you need! It was also my boy’s 5 1/2 birthday this week and I always make sure to celebrate it a little bit. This time, it meant this giant homemade funfetti cookie and strawberry jelly for dessert. He loved it!
This week I shared three new recipes on my blog! My Mediterranean Dutch Baby Pancake is such a fun brunch dish for two! And my Curry Coconut Risotto is a big hit for the family dinner table. And if you’re as big a fan of salted caramel sauce as me, you should definitely made my vegan and refined sugar free Salted Coconut Caramel Sauce!
