This past week was only a 4-day week since Monday was a public holiday. And we really used the great weather we had on that day! We went out in the countryside to a park with some animals and lots of things to play. It’s so lovely to be out of the city and surrounded by nature. We all love that so much! Do you enjoy being in nature?
This week I posted three new recipes on my blog! My Green Asparagus Risotto is absolutely perfect for asparagus season at the moment! And my Vegan & Refined-sugar free Rhubarb Oat Crumble is fast to make and fabulous with ice cream! My Summer Berry & Feta Salad is the biggest hit in my family these days!
